Technical Service Representative

Natoli Engineering Company, a leader in tablet compression tooling is seeking a Technical Service Representative for the Tablet Press Division. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of tablet presses as well as knowledge of tablet compression tooling. Experience with formulating is a plus.

Responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers for all makes and models of tablet presses. Technical support includes, educating the customer by providing information, diagnose the customers problem and provide solutions to resolve the problem. Candidates should also have the mechanical ability to repair presses. Provide on and off site training of proper press set up, operation, and maintenance. Assist in special machine design projects. Travel is required for this position.
