Designing a tablet has always
been a complex task, requiring expensive equipment, software,
and a dedicated programmer (or user). This always takes
a
lot of time, and often your results were not exactly as you
may have wanted or planned.
With TabletCAD
the design work for a new tablet can be done easily,
quickly, and correctly on a standard personal computer
(P/C).
TabletCAD
can:

Design any standard tablet
shape as well as some unusual shapes (heart, diamond,
etc.)

Design many possibilities
of cup design (concave, compound cup, flat face bevel
edge, concave bevel edge, etc.)

Design many possibilities
of bisect designs on one or both sides of the tablet.
Quadrisect (crossing bisects) also!

Calculate accurate tablet
volume and surface area from the dimensions of the
tablet. Volume and surface area are calculated in "real
time" and update every time you change a dimension,
allowing you to design "on the fly".

Calculates product density
and tablet weight, which allows you to determine tablet
sizes for various doses or strengths.

Calculates maximum tip
pressure for tablet designs. This is required for most
new computerized tablet presses.
