NOT TOUCHED by any gage, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the highly
sensitive area of the punch.
Real Time Punch Adjustments – Providing the ability
to adjust the punch while measuring to the deepest point of the cup ensures that
any embossing or bisect can be properly avoided. No guessing required!
Efficient One Step Measurements – All length and
cup depth measurements are taken automatically at the same time. This not only
saves time but it reduces the risk of damage to the punch.
Few Moving Parts – The measuring components move,
the punch does not! This ensures that no punch rotation, vibration or movement
occurs after the tool is placed into the holder and the actual measurements take
place. The result is a cup measurement at the point where you intended.
All Electric Operation – No air hoses needed! Eliminate any potential condensation problems.
Software Integration – Data is automatically stored
in the Tool Management II database for further analysis. This is very important
when Analyzing Working Length and Tool Matching.
Video Camera – Capture tool images and link
directly to inspection records via powerful Tool Management II database
software. Mounted on an articulating arm to provide multiple functions
including: identifying the measure point in the cup without touching i.e. no
more blind measurements; zoom magnification that requires no refocus; the
ability to video additional items such as tablets or different punch angles.
Flexibility – Simple adjustments accommodate both B
type and D type tools.
