5.0 enhancements are the result of suggestions and requests
made by our valued customers. Over the past year
we have conducted many training and phone support calls.
The feedback we received during this time has led to many

Copy Machine Setup Information - Tasks, Parts and Sets can
be copied from one setup to another. No need to retype everything
over and over.
Drawing Number Reports - provide a concise listing of drawing
numbers with filenames according to either Set or Product.
Redesigned Tool Directory - screens provide easy access
to reports and tooling information. Reports automatically
default to highlighted tool.
Redesigned Set Browse - screens provide easy access to reports
and tooling information. Reports automatically default to
either an entire Set or just the uppers or lowers, etc.

Simplified Manual Tool Entry process - fewer mouse clicks

Re-designed System Information screen with default values
for Inspection procedure.
Machine Setup Report - now includes Hob information and
excludes Task ID.
Greater Flexibility in File Permissions - by eliminating
the deletion of Temp files.
Tool Availability Report - now can be sorted by Tool Type
(i.e. B type, D type or 326).
Concise Product Listing
Access Tool Activity reports from either the Set or Product
table.
Drawing files available in PDF format.
Cup Depth “out of spec.” is
identified immediately during the inspection process.
