It practically does the work for you. It is everything from an inventory database to a tool directory.

The system is designed to help you maintain tooling information related to suppliers, inspections, measurements, wear analysis, tablet production history, purchase orders, drawings, steel type, machine type, storage locations, embossing and much more!

TM2 keeps track of your tools and their usage...
You can organize and track tooling information including: tablet press for which the tools are designed, supplier and P.O. information, tool and tablet drawing numbers, the type of steel the tools were produced with, quantity, maximum tip pressure, hob information, embossing, and etching.

TM2 is a Tablet/Product Directory...
This system enables you to track product information including: product name, tablet size and shape, cup configuration, depth, and land specifications. TM2 also allows you to track embossing, tool working length tolerance per product, and tablet limits per punch.

Need to track tool usage?...
With TM2 you can record tablet production information and set limits based on historical data. For example:

• track tablet production quantities and establish limits on time to reinspect, polish, and discard
• track tablet production information, including:
